Vintage Cox RC cars are just as likely to be found proudly parked on a display shelf as they are hitting the streets. Collectors appreciate Cox radio controlled cars as much for their classic style as they do for their performance. Well made Cox RC cars may be vintage, but as many RC enthusiasts have discovered, they still have a lot of life left in them.
Cox produced a terrific assortment of RC cars during their day, including dune buggies, racing cars and even a gas powered tricycle. The authenticity and attention to detail of many of their cars was so important that several models were gas powered. These vintage cars are nearly impossible to find at hobby or antique stores. Most likely the lucky RC car enthusiast who finds a Cox RC car in great condition probably found it online.
